白井　アメリカではビンから缶、ペットボトル、新聞・雑誌まで「リサイカブル」という括りで一緒くたです。ヨーロッパもそうですが、ゴミ処理の前半戦ではあえて分けず、後半戦でプロが分けている。

　日本もこれに倣って物流を効率化することこそ、最もエコな選択だと私たちは考えています。

　物流コストが膨れ上がる原因を辿ると、規制の厳しさ、中でも業者のライセンスが細分化されすぎていることに行き着きます。

　家庭ゴミと事業ゴミが分かれているのはもちろん、事業ゴミでも業種、モノ、地域などによってそれぞれライセンスが違う。結果、ろくに荷物を積んでもいないトラックが何台も街を走り回ることになるんです。
